General Instructions
e-KYC service is available only to KUA registered with UIDAI, i.e. e-KYC service is NOT available for Sub-AUAs.
This form is used only for initiating the service request and understanding the service prequirements. To get ASA/KSA/AUA service, organization has to sign an agreement with C-DAC Mumbai.
A signed scanned copy of the form should be mail at asa-aua@cdac.in . Original signed copy of the form shall be submitted with agreement.
